To ensure all our guests have an enjoyable stay at An Creagán Cottage we ask that you take a moment to read through our terms & conditions below.

Terms and Conditions

Payment & Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit must be paid in order to reserve all bookings

If we are notified of a cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival, you will receive 50% refund of your total booking price

If notified of a cancellation 2-29 days prior to arrival, you will receive 30% refund of your total booking price

In the case of non-arrival, no refund will be provided.

Check In

 3pm-6pm (outside these times by arrangement only)

Please contact An Creagán during office hours 24 hours prior to your arrival to confirm your arrival time.

On arrival, please report to Reception at An Creagán where you will collect your keys and be shown to your accommodation.

Check Out

 9.30am-11am

Please ensure that keys are returned. Unreturned keys will be invoiced at £20 per set of keys.

Bed Linen

Bed Linen & towels are provided for duration of your stay. However, if you require bed linen changed or linen for additional beds requested (i.e. sofa bed or camp beds, this must be booked prior to your arrival) there is an additional charge of £15 per bed.

Smoking

In the interest of Health & Safety, we do not permit smoking in our Cottages. If smoking inside any of the cottages is brought to our attention by housekeeping, an extra charge of £50 per cottages will be invoiced.

Damage and Additional Cleaning

All bookings are accepted on merit that the cottage is left in satisfactory state on departure, both interior and exterior – an additional charge of £50 will be issued if this is not the case.
It is agreed that the person who made the booking will be liable for any breakages, damages or additional cleaning charges. All breakages should be reported to the management and any minor damage should be noted in writing at the end of the stay.

Pets

Responsible pet owners and their pets are welcome at An Creagán.

For hygiene and the comfort of other customers, pets are not allowed inside the cottages.  Kennels are provided on request (to be kept outside each cottage) at no extra cost.

Pet owners must pay a refundable deposit of £50 in advance of arrival. It is the responsibility of the pet owners to clean the kennel and remove any pet fouling from outside the cottage at the end of their stay.  If there is any evidence of fouling outside the cottage, or pets are found to have been in the cottage, a cleaning charge will be taken from this deposit.

Deposit will only be returned on full inspection of the cottage & grounds. We trust you will respect this policy.

Personal Belongings & Vehicles

Personal belongings/vehicles are at the guests risk at all times, no responsibility can be accepted for any damage to, or loss of, any belongings/vehicles or their contents.

Access to Property

Management and staff shall be permitted access to the cottage at any time during your stay

Complaints

Every effort has been made to ensure you have an enjoyable stay at An Creagán. If you do have any cause for complaint, however, please contact the management immediately so any such issues can be resolved quickly for you.

Data Protection and Privacy

All information provided on Booking Forms will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties or used for any other purpose without your express permission.
